Kitchen Final Update

  Hi. hi.   Sometimes you get so caught up in the renovation process you forget to share the finished product.   Drum roll please.....   Though I would say we've been done for probably over a year (lol), here is the StyleBurbia kitchen.        For a walk down memory lane, here are some pictures from the process and some of our inspiration: Posts 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6* (this one provides a great look at the whole process) , 7  & 8.  I included a few here for your browsing pleasure:                       How did we do? Master Update

Hello there lovies and Happy Friday! Don't you love a short work week? I'm so happy that the weekend is here again and the weather has finally (fingers crossed) made a turn for the warmer. I finally have some pictures from our Master Bedroom. Yes, I have been promising these for a while.  Yes, I have not lived up to my promises.  Don't hate me :( You know I always like to show a little bit of before, during and after. So, here's what the room looked like before we moved in: After we painted, ripped up the carpet and re-did the floors: A little furniture placement: ... and how we are looking now... and there we have it folks.. We've Come A Long Way, Baby

Happy Wednesday! When we first saw our house the Master Bedroom looked like this: No complaints.  It was a good size and got a lot of light. Then it looked like this: We took out the carpet (it was a bit more worn than we originally thought it was.), repainted in a similar hue that had more grey than blue undertones and redid the floors. Paint- Dolphin Fin by Behr Things were looking pretty good (at least I thought so).  Then we had the insulation done and it looked like this: Eeeek!! They bored holes into my walls!! Then we had to patch the holes and REPAINT! We had to do this ALL OVER THE HOUSE. Now on to the Master Closet... The closet in the Master Bedroom looked like this: Remember the lovely wallpaper hiding behind the clothes? It's pretty hard to forget, but if you did, take a look at this old post .
